The BB Volunteer Mentoring Program aims to expand knowledge about interpersonal relationships and financial organization among young people in public schools.

The initiative is part of the new features and improvements of the new BB Volunteer Program, in line with the goal of contributing to SDG 4 – Quality Education; and offering a unique opportunity to impact the future of young people by promoting, developing, and deepening the interpersonal skills that are fundamental to the job market: Effective communication, teamwork, emotional intelligence, interpersonal relationships, and problem solving are all topics covered in Interpersonal Skills Mentoring.

Financial Education Mentoring, on the other hand, aims to introduce and reinforce basic concepts of healthy financial habits, helping young people make responsible and safe decisions, especially when they start their first job and have their first contact with finances.
