The BB Volunteer Mentoring Program aims to expand knowledge about interpersonal relationships and financial organization among young people from public schools.
The initiative is part of the BB Volunteer Program, meeting the objective of contributing to the goals of SDG 4 - Quality Education; and offering a unique opportunity to impact the future of young people through the promotion, development and deepening of interpersonal skills fundamental to the job market: Effective communication, teamwork, emotional intelligence, interpersonal relationships and problem solving are all topics covered in the Interpersonal Skills Mentoring.
The Financial Education Mentoring aims to introduce and reinforce basic concepts of healthy financial habits, helping young people to make responsible and safe decisions, especially during the first job placement phase, when they have their first contact with finances.
Mentorships are incredible opportunities to contribute to the personal and professional growth of those involved, since the exchange of experience and knowledge is essential if we are to improve the quality of Brazilian education and reduce inequalities.
